Korea - Day #6 (May 4, 2011) - Pork RIb & Herring Gull Barbecue

Emo (aunt in Korean) and JinSuk came and picked all of us (Darryl, Emobu (aunt's husband in Korean), and me) up to go to dinner.  Emo and Emobu wanted us to try some herring gull barbecue which is a popular dish currently in Korea.  Darryl and I tried some (it was a bit chewy and no, it doesn't taste like chicken) but we didn't like it as much as the pork rib barbecue so they ordered the pork dish for us instead.  Overall, it was a good meal and of course, we stuffed ourselves full again.

Korea - Day #3 (May 1, 2011) - Korean Style Barbecue

After the tour of the nearby market, we came home to enjoy a Korean-style barbecue for dinner.  It was very delicious.  The pork was on the grill and we used the lettuce and sesame leaves to make wraps.
