Korea - Day #14 (May 12, 2011) - Jeju Island

We planned to go to Jeju Island before we left for Korea.  Jeju Island is the largest island and only autonomous province in Korea. We wanted to travel to Jeju the first week we were in Korea but due to holidays (Children's Day and Buddah's Birthday) and many weddings in May, we couldn't go as we originally planned and couldn't stay longer as we liked.  We only had two full days (Friday and Saturday) in Jeju so we jammed many activities into those two days.  I had been to Jeju three times in the past but never drove in Jeju.  We decided to rent a car instead of using the public transportation since we had so many places to go.  Despite a GPS unit which came with our rental, we got lost often.  We all flew in to Jeju on Thursday night.  After unpacking, we went out to have dinner - famous hairtail fish stew (hairtail fish is also known as cutlassfish).
